Dongguan Xinyang Glass Co., Ltd., established in 2018, is located in Qiaotou Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, with a self‑owned standardized factory covering 10,000 square meters. The company specializes in the R&D, production, and customization of tempered glass panels for home appliances, including control panels, color silk‑screened glass, and custom‑shaped parts for ovens, microwaves, dishwashers, cooktops, refrigerators, air fryers, and other kitchen and small appliances. We offer full support for custom designs, sample prototyping, and ODM/OEM services.
With 8 years of deep experience in the appliance glass processing industry and a core technical team of over 10 years of hands‑on expertise, we have 3–5 senior R&D engineers capable of handling new product development, process optimization, and product improvement. Our factory is equipped with a complete set of automated precision production lines, covering laser cutting, CNC carving, waterjet cutting, dust‑free silk‑screening, automatic tempering, and all other critical processes—all performed in‑house to ensure strict control over accuracy, lead time, and quality. Our monthly production capacity reaches 250,000–300,000 pieces, and we flexibly accommodate small‑batch prototyping, medium trial orders, and large‑volume recurring orders. We are also fully experienced with FOB Shenzhen port shipments and can efficiently coordinate export documentation and logistics.
We are ISO 9001 certified and have implemented a closed‑loop quality inspection system: IQC for incoming raw materials (thickness, flatness, surface defects, stress, etc.), IPQC for real‑time in‑process monitoring across all steps, and 100% FQC finished goods inspection covering appearance, dimensional tolerances, tempering stress, screen adhesion, heat resistance, and more. We can also arrange third‑party testing to meet the market access requirements of different countries.
